If you put through an order we will send you an invoice. 50% of the total invoice must be paid before we proceed, the remainder is paid once you receive delivery of your product. All orders and quotes will be for the lowest cost of product on the day... for example, if you order a product that is on special, you will be invoiced the special price.

•	150 DPI JPEG (minimum)
•	PDF, EPS, AI also accepted

APPLICATIONS
We accept files created by any of the following applications:
•	Illustrator
•	Photoshop
•	Acrobat
We do accept large format output from any of Microsoft’s applications.

COLOUR MANAGEMENT
ALL COLOURS MUST BE CONVERTED TO CMYK
•	For full black use CMYK 80/60/40/100
Due to the inherent limitation in digital printing, certain PMS colours and effects such as duotone can be difficult to emulate. If colour is of a particular concern, specific testing to match certain colours and test prints may be required.

An administration fee of $25 will be charged for CDs. If you require your CD to be returned to you, please send with a SAE (self addressed envelope).

Warranty is for hardware only. * Most damage that occurs to these unit is to the banner itself. It is important that the banner is pulled up and pulled down carefully to avoid banner damage.
