Personal Information Collected
We collect personal information so that we may administer our client
relationships and to provide products and services.
Personal information that we collect and maintain generally includes
name, address, occupation, employer, employer’s address and
contact details (including phone, fax and email address). Additional
personal information may be collected by us for account set up.
Disclosure of Personal Information
We may disclose personal information to:
* organisations to whom we outsource certain functions including
market research and information technology support.
In all circumstances where contractors and agents may become aware
of personal information, confidentiality arrangements apply. Personal
information may only be used by our agents and contractors for
our purposes.
We are permitted by the Privacy Act to disclose personal information
to other members of the Group. This enables the Group to have an
integrated view of its customers. Any such disclosure is controlled
by the Privacy Act. Without your consent, other members of the
Group may not use or disclose your personal information for purposes
other than for which your information was originally collected.

they have no need to access;

passwords are changed regularly and their use is independently monitored; and

At the time this site was created, all information
entered was true and correct to the best of our knowledge. We accept
no responsibility for changes to these details without our knowledge

If you have any problems with your banner within 7 days of receiving
it, please send it back to us at PO Box 2281, Byron Bay NSW 2481

e will replace
a banner that: is the wrong dimensions; has incorrect colours
displayed (slight variances should be expected when converting
PMS colours to CMYK process colours); has the incorrect design
on it; or does not work mechanically.
We will refund your deposit
on the banner if the banner does not meet the criteria outlined
on the invoice and artwork approvals.
One Year Hardware Warranty
We provide a one year warranty on all our retractable banner units.
If your banner stand fails mechanically during normal use, please
send back to us at PO Box 2281 Byron Bay NSW 2481. We will replace
or repair units which fall under this warranty.
PLEASE NOTE: Most damage that
occurs to these unit is to the banner itself. It is important
that the banner is pulled up and pulled down carefully to avoid
banner damage. We will not be responsible for damage to the
banner itself and the warranty will be void. |
